Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Global Operations

About the role

Foodhub is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale its global operations from its new Dublin headquarters. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across multiple international markets as the company accelerates its expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global operations, aligning day‑to‑day activities with Foodhub’s strategic growth objectives.
• Translate the company vision into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs and accountability structures.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across all regions, ensuring consistent performance and compliance.
• Oversee coordination between technology, customer support, finance, and commercial teams to support rapid growth.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives that enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Travel regularly to international markets to ensure alignment, performance, and strong local leadership engagement.
