Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

Foodhub is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will own the global operational engine across the UK, Ireland, USA, ANZ and India, driving rapid international growth while delivering exceptional experiences for customers and restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to shape and execute Foodhub’s long‑term operational strategy.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations across all international markets, ensuring consistency, speed and quality.
• Build scalable operating models, processes and systems that support rapid expansion.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in collaboration with Technology, Finance, Product, Commercial and Customer teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on performance, transformation and cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in scaling operations for fast‑growing, global businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate strategy into measurable operational plans.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented approach with a bias for rapid decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions.
