Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

About the role

Foodhub is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team and drive global commercial growth. Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will own the worldwide revenue strategy, integrating sales, partnerships, marketing and growth functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Foodhub’s global commercial strategy in partnership with the CEO.
• Lead revenue growth across all international markets, identifying new opportunities and scalable models.
• Build and manage a high‑performing global sales organisation, including enterprise, channel and partner sales.
• Establish commercial KPIs, forecasting processes and maintain healthy margins.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance and Marketing to align commercial decisions with long‑term business success.
• Develop strategic partnerships and drive market expansion into emerging regions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial, sales or revenue roles, preferably within technology or hospitality sectors.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing global sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate market intelligence into revenue growth.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
