Civils Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Civils Site Supervisor to lead civil works on multi‑disciplinary ESB substation and framework projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating a diverse on‑site team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civils works from mobilisation through close‑out.
• Lead and coordinate site crews on daily activities.
• Enforce health & safety standards, PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Monitor quality and ensure works meet drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Allocate tasks, track progress and ensure programme delivery.
• Coordinate with foremen, engineers and supervisors to resolve site issues.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials.
• Maintain records including progress, attendance, materials and site reports.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid Safe Pass certification.
• ESB site experience desirable.
