Civils Site Supervisor – Utilities & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The company is a growing utilities and infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to lead multi‑disciplinary ESB sub‑station and framework projects. You will be responsible for overseeing civil works from mobilisation through close‑out, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all civils works from mobilisation to close‑out.
• Lead and coordinate site crews on daily activities.
• Enforce health & safety standards, PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Monitor quality to ensure works meet drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Allocate tasks, track progress and ensure programme delivery.
• Coordinate with foremen, engineers and supervisors to resolve site issues.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials.
• Maintain records including progress, attendance, materials and site reports.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid Safe Pass certification.
• Experience on ESB sites is desirable.
