Clean Room Technician – 2nd Shift (GMP Manufacturing)

About the role

The Clean Room Technician supports a biomanufacturing facility by performing routine and specialised production tasks on the 2nd shift. Working under defined SOPs, you will help ensure products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Monitor process parameters, record data, and perform in‑process quality checks.
• Report any deviations, defects, or equipment issues immediately.
• Assist with training new operators as needed.
• Follow cleanroom classifications, gowning, and contamination‑control procedures.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly.
• Experience in a GMP or ISO‑regulated environment is an advantage.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; post‑secondary technical training preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Awareness of product safety and quality requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Understanding of cleanroom classifications and contamination‑control principles.
• Familiarity with sterile assembly and regulated manufacturing processes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment handling.
