Cleaning Team Leader (Full-time)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Leader to join Mitie Ireland in Dublin on a full-time basis. You will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety across our client’s facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Mop and vacuum floors, and perform touch‑point cleaning.
- Clean desks, chairs, kitchen appliances and surrounding work areas.
- Dust surfaces up to hand height and empty bins safely.
- Sanitise toilets and bathrooms, maintaining a tidy environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
Required skills
- Basic cleaning techniques (mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of €17.56.
- Shift pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off (12‑hour shifts, 18:00‑06:00).
