Cleanroom Technician (Nightshift)

About the role

The Cleanroom Technician supports a biomanufacturing facility during the night shift, ensuring that production runs smoothly and complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters, record data, and perform in‑process quality checks.
• Report any deviations, defects, or equipment issues immediately.
• Assist with training new operators as needed.
• Maintain product quality throughout assigned production stages.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; post‑secondary technical training preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly.
• Experience in a GMP or ISO‑regulated environment is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Awareness of product safety and contamination control.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and basic regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of cleanroom classifications, gowning procedures, and contamination control principles.
• Familiarity with standard manufacturing and sterile assembly processes.
