Clerical Officer – Administrative Support

About the role
The Clerical Officer provides essential administrative support within the Legal Aid Board in Bray. Acting as the first point of contact, the officer informs clients and the public about the Board’s services and directs them to appropriate resources.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for clients and members of the public, providing information on services.
- Deliver clerical and administrative assistance to solicitors, mediators and other support functions.
- Manage correspondence, maintain records and organise appointments.
- Direct enquiries to relevant agencies when necessary.
- Assist with the administration of family mediation, civil legal aid and vulnerable witness services.
Required profile
- Experience in clerical or administrative duties.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and the public.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to different work assignments.
