Client Director – Media Strategy Lead

About the role

The Client Director will lead multiple client accounts, shaping media strategy from conception to delivery. This senior position combines leadership, project management and close collaboration across the agency to drive innovative solutions for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of media strategies, ensuring quality control from planning to execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day senior client contact and oversee campaign performance, budgets and timelines.
• Lead a team of direct reports, handling performance reviews, feedback and resource allocation.
• Drive business development, forecast income, and manage commercial contracts and KPIs.
• Participate in pitches, present proposals and cultivate relationships with media owners for partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven media experience in a senior client‑facing role.
• Strong people‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• High business and financial acumen with experience managing large‑scale media budgets.
• Ability to work autonomously, think strategically and inspire creative solutions.
