Client Payroll Executive

About the role

Join the Paycheck Plus team within IRIS Software Group’s Managed Payroll Services and take ownership of end‑to‑end Irish payrolls for multiple external clients. You will be the trusted point of contact ensuring payrolls are accurate, on time and fully compliant each month.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly Irish payrolls for several clients, handling calculations, deductions, benefits and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Irish legislation, GDPR and internal standards.
• Act as the primary contact for payroll queries from clients and their employees.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and support system‑wide projects.

Required profile

• Experience in a payroll bureau or outsourced environment.
• IPASS qualification (or working towards it).
• Proven track record processing Irish payroll end‑to‑end for multiple clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
