Clinical Systems & Supply Chain Administrator (Permanent)

About the role

The Clinical Systems & Supply Chain Administrator will support the hospital’s clinical information environment while managing procurement and supply‑chain processes. This permanent position works closely with clinical teams to ensure that systems and supplies operate efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support clinical information systems used across the hospital.
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage the supply‑chain workflow to meet clinical demand.
• Liaise with clinical staff to understand system requirements and supply needs.
• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Scan4safety safety platform.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and hospital standards in all supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in systems or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital environments.
• Proven experience in procurement and supply‑chain management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Scan4safety.
