Clover Product Manager, EMEA

About the role

Fiserv, a global leader in fintech and payments, is hiring a Clover Product Manager for the EMEA region. The product manager acts as a champion of the product, communicating with management, business and technical staff, and manages the full product lifecycle from strategy and planning to prioritisation. The role covers the Clover EMEA software roadmap and the needs of Clover merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product development process, including the commercialisation tasks needed to bring the product to market.
• Own the Clover EMEA software roadmap and drive changes that enrich Clover merchants.
• Lead the product development and improvement work and the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain awareness of customer and market needs.
• Develop business cases to support new product recommendations.
• Manage issues throughout development, including problem identification, root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Review documents from other teams and publish them.
• Represent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events and stay in frequent contact with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with fintech experience focused on software delivery and SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• Experience managing concurrent projects at different stages in an agile environment.
• Ability to communicate across stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Experience working with direct and indirect channels and aligning go-to-market strategy for multiple markets.
• Restaurant software experience preferred; services software experience an advantage.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical writing experience.
• Matrix management experience across multiple locations, countries or continents.
