Colleague Manager

About the role

The Colleague Manager will lead a store team in Dundrum, driving performance, safety and customer experience. You will be accountable for the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to development, while ensuring the store operates smoothly and meets sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop direct reports, managing performance and celebrating success.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve shared objectives and act on customer feedback.
• Ensure safe, legal trading and support Shift Leads and Sales Advisors without performing operational tasks yourself.
• Implement launches, events and campaigns flawlessly and drive accurate execution of processes and guidelines.
• Manage hiring, duty of care, Return‑to‑Work, scheduling, holidays, probation and talent development.
• Conduct absence reviews, complete check‑ins and ensure compliance learning is finished.

• Strong leadership with a focus on accountability and flexibility.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to act quickly on feedback.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to raise team performance.
• Ability to manage the full colleague lifecycle and uphold duty‑of‑care responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
• Experience using MyHR platforms.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to interpret data and reports in PowerBI.
