About the role

This full‑time remote position supports patients living with colorectal and stoma conditions. As a Community Clinical Nurse Specialist you will provide expert clinical advice, personalised support, and help shape care pathways for individuals across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialist clinical care and advice to patients with colorectal and stoma needs.
• Develop, implement and review individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Design and deliver training workshops for other clinicians and healthcare staff.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in colorectal and stoma care.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMBI or NMC registration.
• Extensive clinical experience in colorectal and stoma care.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and patient‑education skills.
