Community Connector – Grade V (PEACEPLUS CCWP)

About the role

The Grade V Community Connector role supports the PEACEPLUS Community Connections and Wellbeing Project (CCWP) across the border regions of Donegal and Monaghan. The position is open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants and will be filled on a specified‑purpose basis until December 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain community connections to promote wellbeing initiatives.
• Deliver project activities in designated cross‑border locations (Donegal and Monaghan).
• Collaborate with local partners, stakeholders and service users.
• Collect and report on community feedback and project outcomes.
• Support the implementation of PEACEPLUS objectives and contribute to project evaluation.

Required profile

• Open to applicants from HSE and external organisations.
• Willingness to work in specified‑purpose posts up to December 2028.
• Compliance with HSE secondment policy if applying on secondment.
• Ability to read and follow the detailed Job Specification and Application Form.
