Community & Digital Fundraising Executive

About the role
Women's Aid is looking for a Community & Digital Fundraising Executive to support its fundraising strategy. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager and project leaders, you will help drive community‑based and digital campaigns that raise vital resources for women and children.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administration and supporter care for community and digital fundraising programmes.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, including planning, execution and post‑campaign reporting.
- Manage the donor relationship management (CRM) system and ensure data quality.
- Prepare financial reports and track fundraising performance.
- Collaborate with Individual Giving and Corporate Fundraising teams as needed.
- Support the delivery of new digital initiatives and community engagement activities.
Required profile
- Experience in community or digital fundraising, or transferable experience in membership engagement, community management or event management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a supporter‑centred approach.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently within a team.

- Full‑time permanent contract with a salary of €43,547 per year.
- Hybrid working model (approximately two days remote per week after probation).
