Community Manager – On‑site Engagement & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join a fast‑growing, globally recognised American banking and financial services organisation in Dublin. The role is based on‑site and focuses on creating a vibrant, hotel‑inspired workplace experience for all employees and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive local engagement and increase staff satisfaction through on‑site initiatives and events.
• Act as the on‑site presence for Facilities, Hospitality, and Concierge services across all floors.
• Support the delivery of shared spaces, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas to ensure they are ready for immediate use.
• Provide a “one‑stop‑shop” for all floor‑related issues, managing a high‑volume workload.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed, documented, and communicated.
• Manage complaints or concerns, liaise with relevant departments, and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in community or employee engagement roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality, hospitality‑focused service.
