Community Success Manager

About the role

2GoCup is looking for a Community Success Manager to nurture and expand its network of reusable cup locations across Ireland and the UK. This full‑time remote position involves regular site visits, relationship building with venue owners, and driving growth of the deposit‑and‑return system.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing cafés, canteens, universities, hospitals and other venues.
• Monitor stock levels, cup usage and reorders, ensuring venues have the support they need.
• Visit sites in person across Ireland and the UK to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and prospect new venues that fit the 2GoCup model, reaching out via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Onboard new partners, guiding them through the first months of operation.
• Record activities and notes in the company CRM and share customer insights with the team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with customers.
• Willingness to travel for site visits when needed.
• Interest in sustainability and reducing single‑use packaging.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to track interactions and opportunities.
