Compliance Coordinator

About the role

Datapac, part of the XMA Group, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support and develop its Integrated Management System across multiple ISO standards. The role is hybrid, based in Wexford with occasional travel to Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Coordinate internal and external audits for ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Manage documentation, compliance registers and evidence preparation.
• Support risk‑management activities and ensure the business remains audit‑ready.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Strong experience with ISO 27001 (essential).
• Hands‑on exposure to internal or external audit processes.
• Background in structured compliance, governance or quality environments.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in technology, healthcare, education, professional services or other regulated sectors is desirable.
