Concession Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Forever New is seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead its Brown Thomas concession in Galway. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the concession, ensuring achievement of sales, wage and shrinkage targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and performance feedback.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect current fashion trends.
• Plan and optimise staff rosters to meet business needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve store performance.

Required profile

• Proven retail store management experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales, wage and shrinkage goals.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Experience with performance management and roster planning.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to execute visual merchandising and stay current with fashion trends.
