Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join the Conrad Dublin, a 5‑star Hilton Luxury hotel, as a Concierge and become the primary point of contact for our discerning guests. You will deliver personalised information, bookings and assistance that reflect the brand’s commitment to smart luxury and intuitive service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and provide recommendations for tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, medical services and travel arrangements.
• Process and deliver messages, manage luggage storage, and ensure safe handling of guest belongings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with hotel amenities, VIP requests and special events to offer accurate information.
• Maintain order, safety and cleanliness in the lobby and front‑door areas.
• Support management during emergencies and uphold hotel policies when using front‑of‑house equipment and property management systems.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied work situations and shift patterns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local Dublin area.
