Construction Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Germany)

About the role

Our client, a leading main contractor, is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a portfolio of civil engineering projects in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be responsible for delivering projects from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from initial planning to final hand‑over.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and all project stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and utility providers.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction phases.
• Drive commercial performance in partnership with quantity surveying teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Project Manager on civil or utilities infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction and utility regulations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
