Construction Project Manager – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential developments from planning through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from pre‑construction to final handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout each phase.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to clients and senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and site safety practices.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
