Construction Project Manager – Residential Projects

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential developments from planning through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from pre‑construction to final handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout each phase.
- Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to clients and senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential construction project management.
- Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and site safety practices.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
