Consultant, Transfer Agency – Tax Transparent Funds

About the role

As a Consultant in the Transfer Agency (TA) and Tax Transparent Funds (TTF) Hub, you will guide clients and investors through onboarding and the full TTF lifecycle. You will ensure accurate tax regulatory filings and support the continuous improvement of the TTF operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients and investors during the TTF onboarding phase.
• Complete and share TTF tracker documents with internal teams and clients.
• Provide daily support to TTF clients and investors.
• Calculate and review Investment Undertaking Tax (IUT) and 8th‑year deemed disposal tax.
• Prepare and submit tax reports (IUT, FATCA, CRS) accurately and on time.
• Maintain operating procedures to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients, investors, and internal teams.
• Act as escalation point for unresolved tax issues from other TA teams.
• Liaise across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
• Participate in internal projects and ad‑hoc process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• College or university degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Operational experience in a Transfer Agency or Tax role is preferred.
• Strong numerical, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Flexible approach to changing work methods, deadlines, and workloads.
• Organisational skills to prioritize assignments.
• Self‑starter, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Legal right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment.
