Content Coordinator

About the role

The Lidl Plus team is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Content Coordinator to manage and publish content across the Lidl Plus app and related communication channels. You will work closely with design, marketing and operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support all Lidl Plus app content and associated communication platforms, collaborating with design teams on creative and copy.
• Create and distribute weekly performance reports.
• Maintain and update content in the company’s Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Coordinate between departments to resolve day‑to‑day administrative and operational issues.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy and brand compliance.
• Maintain the product and supplier database.
• Assist the line manager and team members with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and projects.
• Attend weekly campaign meetings and record minutes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar content coordination or marketing role.
• A third‑level degree is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS).
