Content Creator and Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a creative and technically‑savvy professional to lead content creation and performance marketing at Complete Laboratory Solutions. The role blends design, digital marketing, website management and data‑driven optimisation to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Write, design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies and digital assets.
• Storyboard, edit and publish video content for the website, social media, email campaigns and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collaborate with internal stakeholders on success stories and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Manage, update and optimise the company WordPress site, including landing pages, blogs and campaign pages.
• Lead SEO strategy and implement Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) initiatives, conducting keyword research, content audits and competitor analysis.
• Optimise metadata, technical SEO settings and structured data to improve search visibility.
• Plan and execute performance‑marketing campaigns, track results and provide actionable reporting.

• Affinity Designer or Adobe Illustrator.
