Corporate Security Badging Operator – €19.74/hr

About the role

Join a leading security provider as a Badging Operator, responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and contractors. You will work on‑site in Dublin 4, handling badge issuance, access control and customer service for a prestigious client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, ticket and walk‑in support for badge‑related inquiries.
• Issue, manage and audit security badges and access cards.
• Maintain access control systems, perform regular compliance checks and system audits.
• Troubleshoot badge and access issues, manage tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle physical tasks such as shipments, organization of badge stock and on‑site documentation.

Required profile

• Valid PSA licence.
• Strong PC skills and experience with security access control or badging applications.
• Ability to multitask, stay professional under pressure and communicate clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑service mindset.
