Corporate Tax Senior

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior to lead the delivery of tax compliance and planning services for a diverse client base. The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners and junior staff to ensure high‑quality, compliant tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the preparation and review of tax compliance work for a diverse range of clients.
• Assist in preparing tax planning advice for corporate and individual clients, ensuring solutions comply with current legislation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop tax knowledge and skills.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive tax advice and addressing client queries.
• Liaise with Revenue and other relevant authorities on various tax affairs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure firm compliance.
• Participate in preparing proposals and business development activities to attract new clients.
• Support senior team members with special projects and ad‑hoc tax‑related tasks.
• Manage and track the progress of multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar practice environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong technical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A motivated team player with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
