Corporation Tax Manager – Senior Level

About the role

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Corporation Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join their Dublin tax team. You will manage corporation tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients while delivering high‑quality tax advisory services and supporting the growth of the tax function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file corporation tax computations and returns for multiple corporate clients.
• Provide tax planning advice, identifying opportunities for tax‑efficient solutions.
• Research and advise on complex matters such as interest limitation rules, R&D tax incentives and capital allowances.
• Support corporate restructurings, acquisitions, disposals and other transactions from a tax perspective.
• Liaise with Revenue on compliance matters, audits and technical queries.
• Monitor legislative changes and communicate impacts to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with audit, accounting and advisory colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior tax team members.

Required profile

• CTA qualified (or equivalent professional tax qualification).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporation tax within a practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporation tax legislation and compliance requirements.
