CSA Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CSA Site Manager to represent Kirby Group Engineering on major construction sites. The role will oversee all site‑related activities from pre‑mobilisation through commissioning and demobilisation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing construction programmes, short‑term look‑ahead plans and equipment/materials schedules.
• Establish the site, implement safety starter packs and HSEQ plans, and prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Review construction drawings, sign off documentation and benchmark installation and quality procedures.
• Produce daily action plans covering HSEQ, productivity and people management; maintain site diary and chair internal meetings with subcontractors.
• Track variations, manage labour allocation sheets, update short‑term programmes and align them with the master programme.
• Coordinate subcontractor supervision, ensure timely delivery of major equipment and maintain workforce presence on the workface.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to resolve site issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management or construction project delivery within engineering or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ standards, risk assessment processes and construction documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
