Customer Account Manager – Cleanroom Services

About the role

The Customer Account Manager – Cleanroom will be the primary liaison for cleanroom customers across Ireland, linking them with Elis Cleanroom’s operations in Birr and Glanmire. You will nurture key relationships, ensure service excellence, and support the General Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key cleanroom customers.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Conduct regular customer visits and host review meetings.
• Support contract renewals, tenders and identify upselling opportunities.
• Monitor customer usage, stock levels and trends using the ABS system.
• Prepare reports on sales, revenue, performance and complaints.
• Assist with debt control across the cleanroom customer base.
• Promote Elis as a trusted contamination‑control partner.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused problem solver with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Full B driving licence.
