Customer Care Agent – Insurance (On‑site, Dublin)

About the role

Join Yes Insurance as a Customer Care Agent and become the first point of contact for customers across a range of insurance products. You will work on‑site in Dublin 2, providing support via phone, email and web‑chat while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone, email and web‑chat.
• Help customers understand insurance products and policy cover.
• Assist with quotations, renewals, policy changes, cancellations and general service queries.
• Support customers with claims‑related questions and guide them through next steps.
• Deliver excellent service in every interaction, listening carefully and resolving concerns with empathy.
• Escalate complex issues where needed to ensure the best outcome.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of travel, car hire excess, gadget, and pet insurance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new product launches, promotional campaigns and policy changes.
• Assist with testing new products and customer journeys before launch.
• Identify improvements in systems or customer processes.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious and customer‑focused.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• No prior insurance experience required.
• Available to work Monday‑to‑Friday on‑site in Dublin.
