Customer Care Expert – French Market

About the role

Wix is looking for a Customer Care Expert to support its French‑speaking users. You will help millions of entrepreneurs and creators turn their online ideas into reality by providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, chat and email in French and English.
• Understand each user’s business goals, identify their needs and guide them through Wix’s products.
• Troubleshoot issues, suggest solutions and introduce additional features that can help users succeed.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve satisfaction and product relevance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and other departments to relay user insights.

Required profile

• Fully proficient in French and fluent in English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in any industry.
• Based in Ireland and eligible to work full‑time.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong desire to help others succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and a fast learning attitude.
