Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

The Customer Operations Specialist will join the Retail Customer Solutions (RCS) Operations team, supporting Retail, Arrears, Credit & Collections functions across Ireland. Working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment, you will ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational and third‑party stakeholder management services for the RACC business units.
• Achieve daily targets while maintaining complete, accurate, and readily available information.
• Follow established guidelines and processes to support fulfilment and credit activities.
• Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Highly organised, motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with all management levels.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
