Customer Resolution Agent

About the role

The Customer Resolution Agent will handle billing queries, payment disputes and financial complaints, ensuring each case is resolved accurately and fairly. Working closely with Customer Service, Sales and Finance, you will protect customer relationships while supporting cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing queries including invoices, payments, credits and balances.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Process refunds, credits and adjustments in line with company policy.
• Manage cases end‑to‑end, meeting defined service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and finance systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Sales and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain financial information clearly.
• Organised with the capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience in billing, finance or customer accounts is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and finance record‑keeping tools.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract with a 6‑month probation period.
• Salary €30,000‑€33,000 per annum, paid monthly.
