About the role
Zurich Life Assurance is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a 10‑month contract. The role will give you a thorough understanding of a life office, handling queries and requests across corporate and individual pensions, investments and protection plans.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line service to customers, brokers, employers and other stakeholders via phone.
- Process client and member requests throughout the policy life‑cycle, ensuring compliance with product rules and company procedures.
- Handle complaints and work with internal teams such as Sales, Propositions and Compliance to improve processes.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team, stay well‑organized and meet tight deadlines.
- Third‑level qualification in a relevant area and willingness to obtain professional qualifications meeting Central Bank competency requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
