Customer Service Advisor – Join Our Growing Team

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy, supportive team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a smooth experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information, process orders and handle general account queries.
• Accurately process sales‑team and customer orders, monitor back‑orders and update delivery status.
• Supply customers with stock availability, pricing and delivery schedule details.
• Support sales and administration teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Process online payments and maintain up‑to‑date customer and order records.
• Log and manage service requests, warranty enquiries and spare‑parts orders.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems updated.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service, administration, retail or other customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.
