Customer Service Agent – Motor Claims (Temp to Perm)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our Motor Claims team in Dublin 12. The role starts as a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, handling first notifications of loss (FNOL) and guiding policyholders through the early stages of the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer FNOL calls and capture claim details accurately.
• Tri­age, register and allocate motor claim notifications.
• Provide administrative support to claims handlers, including data entry and document processing.
• Communicate with insured parties, brokers and third‑party service providers.
• Maintain high‑quality data integrity in claim management systems.
• Engage with mentors for career development and assist with general administration tasks.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of motor claims classifications or motor policies is an advantage.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, pressurised environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to see the big picture.

Required skills

• Insurance IT literacy, including database usage.
