Customer Service Executive – Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to join our growing Customer Service team. You will be the front‑line representative of the Sculpted by Aimee brand, handling enquiries across email, social and other digital channels in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality, consistent customer experience across all service channels.
• Handle queries, complaints and requests promptly, professionally and in line with brand standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Log interactions, outcomes and feedback accurately in the customer service system.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Operations, Marketing and Retail teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
• Provide feedback and insights to identify recurring problems or improvement opportunities.
• Support process‑improvement, system‑change or automation initiatives as required.
• Uphold the company’s sustainability, ethical standards and brand values in every interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within retail, beauty or eCommerce.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage empathetically.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage diverse customer scenarios.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer service systems, CRM tools or digital platforms.
