Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to be the primary point of contact for our customers in Ireland. You will deliver friendly, informative, and efficient support across phone, email, and live chat, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Process orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve complaints and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Promote additional water solutions and services where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Identify and suggest improvements to service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
