Customer Service Representative

About the role

Panda is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its busy call centre in Dublin. You will be the primary point of contact for both residential and commercial customers, helping them with enquiries, issues and information about Panda’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route customers to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about services and customer accounts.
• Handle queries, requests and complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Process customer requests through internal systems.
• Make outbound courtesy calls to follow up on complaints or service issues.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions.
• Support the wider team in a fast‑paced environment.
