About the role
Join Allianz Direct as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, supporting personal lines customers with attentive care and a focus on delivering market‑leading insurance solutions. Based in Elm Park, Dublin 4, you will work in a hybrid model that blends office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate quotes and convert new business opportunities.
- Identify and convert cross‑sell and multi‑cover opportunities.
- Achieve sales, service and customer‑satisfaction targets set by your manager.
- Process policy adjustments and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Demonstrate Allianz People Attributes such as Customer and Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, Trust and Entrepreneurship.
- Suggest improvements to quality and efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company quality guidelines, underwriting standards and relevant regulatory codes.
Required profile
- A third‑level degree or Leaving Certificate, or at least two years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Desirable experience of 6‑12 months in insurance or financial services.
- Completion of an APA, CIP or other relevant insurance qualification to meet minimum competency requirements.
