Customer Success Manager - Commerce Cloud (French speaker)

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to specialize in Commerce Cloud. You will partner with customers to accelerate business value, guide adoption, and ensure a successful return on their Salesforce investment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the Customer Success Methodology to understand client goals, assess capabilities, and recommend solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of each customer’s Salesforce implementation and evangelize Commerce Cloud features.
• Guide customers on strategy, governance, and organizational change to align with their business objectives.
• Identify risks early, collaborate with account teams, and create mitigation plans.
• Design and execute comprehensive adoption roadmaps with clear timelines and enablement steps.
• Deliver measurable business value and innovation by addressing key challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive‑level relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong business and industry knowledge with a focus on e‑commerce or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in a Customer Success or similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent French language skills to communicate effectively with French‑speaking customers.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
