Customer Success Manager - French speaker

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investment. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through strategy, adoption, and innovation across one or more Salesforce clouds.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Salesforce’s Customer Success Methodology to understand client goals, assess capabilities, and recommend solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of each customer’s Salesforce implementation and evangelize platform features.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change management.
• Identify risks to business outcomes and collaborate with account teams to create mitigation plans.
• Design and execute comprehensive adoption roadmaps with clear timelines and enablement plans.
• Deliver measurable business value and innovation by addressing key challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive‑level relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong business and industry knowledge, with the ability to speak the customer’s language.
• Experience working with customers of varying size, complexity, and lifecycle stage.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
