Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will drive product adoption and nurture strong relationships with Datadog’s existing customers. You will guide onboarding, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and act as the internal advocate for a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience.
• Proactively build trust‑based relationships with customers across the France market.
• Own the full sales cycle for growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Advise customers on effective use of the Datadog platform and monitor usage trends.
• Identify renewal risks, promote higher adoption rates, and negotiate contract terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Product, Finance, and Legal.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Business‑level fluency in French and experience working the France market.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a customer‑facing, account‑management role.
• Motivated by building long‑term relationships and delivering visible impact.
• Comfortable negotiating pricing and contract terms for upsell and cross‑sell activities.
