Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Datadog is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities through up‑selling and cross‑selling. You will act as the customer’s advocate within the company while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to guarantee seamless transition and onboarding for new customers.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with French‑market customers.
• Own the full sales cycle for expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Advise customers on effective use of the Datadog platform and monitor usage trends.
• Identify renewal risks, promote higher adoption rates, and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Product, Finance, and Legal.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Business‑level fluency in French and experience working the France market.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a customer‑facing, account‑management role.
• Proven ability to build long‑term relationships and influence customer decisions.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and handling pricing objections independently.
