Customer Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join its E‑tail and Strategic Accounts team. You will be the subject‑matter expert for Amazon Europe operations, ensuring end‑to‑end fulfillment of European orders and supporting key strategic accounts such as Apple, Meta and Logitech’s own DTC channel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily order management, logistics fulfillment and supply replenishment processes, meeting agreed SLA targets.
• Monitor order intake quality, first‑time‑right rates, EDI performance and scheduling tool metrics; troubleshoot disruptions.
• Coordinate logistics capacity with 3PL partners and align collaborative planning with customers.
• Flag service‑level risks to internal and external stakeholders and propose quick‑win and mid‑term improvements.
• Work closely with the Amazon Collaboration Manager on forecast, supply commitment and logistics capabilities on a 13‑week outlook.
• Act as the Amazon operational performance expert (VTTD, DWC, PIB, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mentality with a drive to execute processes flawlessly.
• Strong attention to detail and fact‑based decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multifunctional stakeholders.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to advocate for customer interests.

Required skills

• Experience with EDI systems.
