Customer Support Specialist – French (Weekend Shift)

About the role

Klaviyo is seeking a French‑fluent Customer Support Specialist to join its Dublin team on a weekend shift. The role involves providing high‑quality product assistance via email and live chat to EMEA customers using the Klaviyo platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in‑depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform.
• Provide high‑quality product support through email and live chat, resolving customer issues.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users.
• Diagnose software issues and handle escalated complaints using established processes.
• Offer guidance on non‑technical topics such as marketing, sales, and e‑commerce setup.
• Document troubleshooting steps and problem‑resolution procedures.
• Contribute to AI‑driven workflow improvements and smarter systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Available to work weekend shifts (Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday) in 7am‑3pm or 9am‑5pm slots.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably troubleshooting SaaS products.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools and workflows.
