Customer Support Specialist – French (Weekend Shift)

About the role

Klaviyo is looking for a French‑fluent Customer Support Specialist to join its growing Product Expert team in Dublin. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance to EMEA customers during weekend shifts, using email and live chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and its features.
• Provide product support via email and live chat, resolving technical and non‑technical issues.
• Diagnose software problems, troubleshoot SaaS‑related incidents, and follow established escalation processes.
• Answer marketing, sales, and e‑commerce setup questions for customers.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create clear resolution guides.
• Contribute to AI‑driven workflow improvements and smarter support systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts (Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably troubleshooting SaaS products.
• Self‑driven attitude with a positive approach to challenging situations.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows.

Required skills

• Experience handling email and live‑chat support channels.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools.
